8 ounces of chocolate rice or soy milk
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons of raw cacoa powder (sold in health food stores)

2 frozen bananas
8-10 ice cubes
In a blender, blend together the milk, protein powder, cacoa powder, vanilla extract, bananas, and ice. Add a few ounces of water if the mixture is too thick.
